For Ian and Diana Macdougald

On Saturday, September 19, 2009, the congregation of St. John's Episcopal Church was asked to keep Ian and Diana Macdougald in prayer. A tumor was discovered in Diana's brain at our local Midland hosptial. Ian and Diana immediately went to Ann Arbor where the tumor was confirmed and considered inoperable. Good Weekend!

From Ian: Morning from U of M. We all had a good weekend and Di was hard at work in rehab. Was interesting to watch!! The one game was Uno and she had no idea what was going on. I am REAlly impressed with the hospital. We spoke with the surgeon this morning and the results of the biopsy should be in later today, hopefuly before Andrew and family return to Cape Town later today. Will report in later once we know what the results are.

shame ian, i guess it was very hard for you all saying goodbye to andrew and family, and also for you watching di with the things she cant do right now. i do hope the biopsy report is a total turnaround from initial expectations and we all continue praying for total restoration to God's eternal glory!!! am sad you so far away but am SO GLAD re the best medical care!!!! love to you all, barbs and family and friends!!
