From Ian:
It is 6.45am and the docs have done their rounds. The op went better than anticipated. I was told her leg would be worse today, but it is not. She has some recogonition but no worse than yesterday. Doc is happy. She will go to a normal room today and start therapy. She will have a further MRI this morning. So better news so the prayers have worked.

These verses were in my devotions for today:
ReplyDeleteO Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me. Psalm 30:2
Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed (from leprosy), turned back,
praising God with a loud voice. Luke 17:15
While it may be premature to consider a complete healing at this time, Diana making it through the surgery is indeed a miracle. We will keep praying!
Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteIan,
ReplyDeleteAlthough my prayers are with Di, I continue to worry and pray for you. The pressure must be intense, particularly when you feel that you can do nothing practical. Remember, brother, that your presence is the most important gift ... "Don't just do something, stand there!". May our Lord walk with you during the difficult times, as he has walked with you throughout. Peace,
Ian and Diana...the McNab home group was here tonight and we all said a prayer for you. We are so encouraged by the news today. Hang in there girl!!
ReplyDeleteWith all our love,

Ian and Diana,
ReplyDeleteThere is always hope when we trust in the Lord. He hears our prayers, and answers with His love.
Phillipans 4:Verses 4-7
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
My love and prayers are with you throughout every day. Kathy
Ian and Diana,
